Voice Mail Premium Users Guide
First time set up:
1. Call system access number: 225-3333
2. Follow voice prompts
Accessing Your Voice Mail
From your own phone with your password:
1. Call system access number: 225-3333
2. Enter your "4" digit password:
3. Press #
From another phone with your password:
1. Call system access number: 225-3333
2. Enter your mailbox number:
3. Press #
4. Enter your password:
5. Press #
From another phone using your phone number:
From another phone using your phone number:
1. Call your phone number
2. Press #
3. Enter your password:
4. Press #
Retrieving or Playing Messages
If your telephone has the message waiting light on or has a stutter dial tone, this means that you have a new message.
To play a message:
1. After accessing your voice mailbox, press "1" on the main menu to select message retrieved
2. After or during each message that plays, you can replay, keep, delete or save the message:
    • To Replay Message    Press "1"
    • To Keep Message       Press "2"
    • To Delete Message     Press "3"
    • Other Options            Press "4"
3. To return to the Main Menu, Press
4. Additional Message Retrieval Options:
Note: Kept (saved) Messages are automatically deleted after 3 days. To save a message longer save as “NEW”.
Changing Your Password:
Creating or changing your password:
1.    After accessing your voice mailbox, Press "9" on the Main Menu for mailbox setup
2.    Press "2" to create or change your password
3.    Enter your new password using your telephone keypad, then Press #
(Passwords must start with a 1)
4.    For verification, the system will ask you to enter your mailbox password again, then Press #
Change Your Greeting
To record a greeting, first access your mailbox?
1.    Press "9" on the Main Menu to select mailbox setup
2.    Press "1" to play greeting
3.    Press "4" to start recording
4.    Press # to end recording
5.    To review new greeting, Press "1"
6.    To rerecord the greeting, repeat steps 1 and 4
7.    When you are satisfied with the greeting, Press "2"
Note:
You must have three-way calling to turn off Call Waiting during a call.
The “switchhook” is the button the handset pushes down when you hang up the phone. Some phones have a Link or Flash key you can push instead.
