The Ketchikan Municipal Code incorporates all the
ordinances approved by the City Council. It is updated
on a quarterly basis by the Clerk’s office
and supplements are available to subscribers for
a minimal cost.
The Ketchikan Municipal Code that is located on
the City of Ketchikan's website is a document that,
for various reasons, may not be updated with the
most recent changes. It is placed here to assist
the public and is not intended to mislead or provide
inaccurate information; however, it simply may not
be the most current version. Please contact the
